The agritourism is dedicated to the production of vegetables, fruit and honey, is situated in the south west of Sardinia in the heart of the Park Geominerario in the territory of Fluminimaggiore and Buggerru approximately 30 Km from dunes of Piscinas. It is built on the slope of a hill completely and overlooks with a wonderful panoramic view of the nearby coastline just 4.5 Km. The coast, little frequented even during the summer period, it is still free of buildings; the locality of Portixeddu, Capo Pecora, Cala Domestica are easily accessible via a convenient asphalted road, otherwise along 7 km of dirt road stop and you can arrive 10 minutes to the beautiful beach of Scivu.
The structures are immersed in the typical mediterranean vegetation composed of strawberry trees, heather, cork oaks, rushes and olivastri. The farmhouse is composed of four separate buildings: in the central body are the kitchen and the dining room with closed veranda for 50/60 covered. The accommodations are made in three small separate buildings In total we have 10 air-conditioned rooms, double, triple and if necessary even quadruple. All with sea view, veranda and a private bathroom, simple and rustic furniture. The structures are made by following criteria of the green building, using paints produced wax-based virgin d'api, bricks in raw earth and local materials such as the barrels used for the construction of the roofs. We also have a small independent apartment of 30 sqm with sea view is located about 80 meters from the hall, is composed of a double room, an entrance hall with double sofa bed and kitchen space, bathroom, veranda, garden with barbecue.
The family cuisine offers simple and natural dishes: in the morning buffet breakfast on the veranda with local products: marmalade yogurt, milk and coffee, tea and herbal infusions, bread, biscuits and cereals.
The dinner is a basis of seasonal local produce. the entrees in veranda with buffet, dishes with pasta, risotto, fregola and soups; seconds and contours of meat, legumes, vegetables and cheeses. Fruit and sweet, coffee and liqueurs from the house. Guests can choose to eat all together helping to create a nice friendly atmosphere or reserve a separate table with greater intimacy. Also provided is a vegetarian menu. In the central building is a room in common use with television, a small library and a space for table games; toilet also for the disabled. In the garden with a relax corner table from ping pong .
The territory of Sulcis -Iglesiente is part of the Parco Geominerario of Sardinia and is rich with testimonies of the work of mine. Interesting visits to sites of industrial archeology of Arenas, On Zulfuru Gallery, Henry, Planu Sartu, and last Ingurtosu where there is also the beautiful dunes of Piscinas one of the most impressive in Europe. A leap in time and you can by visiting the punic romano Temple of Antas (seat of theater and music during the summer nights), to the north on the coast nearby there are nuraghi in zone Scivu , giants' tombs and sacred well to Capo Pecora. For the lovers of the sea, in the port of Buggerru you can rent boats, in the nearby coast between Masua, Capo Pecora, Cala Domestica and Scivu are beaches and coves delicious. The natural context offers the opportunity to observe many wild animals: deer, hares, foxes, buzzards and falcons, owls. Toward the interior the reliefs of the Fluminimagiore area, are suitable for enthusiasts trekking: paths, gorges, waterfalls between woods and stain high but also caves, like Su Mannau. In the surroundings tracks marked for climbing and beautiful trails suitable for trip with mountain biking, possibly also with the support of specialised guides; nearby at around three km. the possibility of excursions and horse riding in a nearby center of equestrian tourism.
